Pack and Label

Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any authorized drop-off location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
